Refund policy

This return policy applies only to physical products. Digital products cannot be refunded or returned.

30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
✔️ In the same condition as received
✔️ Unworn or unused
✔️ With tags and original packaging
✔️ Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

📌 Important: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:
🚫 Digital products (including game keys, virtual items, or downloads)
🚫 Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
🚫 Custom/personalized products
🚫 Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
🚫 Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
🚫 Sale items or gift cards

If you have concerns about a specific item, contact us before purchasing.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, you must return the original item first. Once the return is approved, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return an order, for any reason.
The item must meet the same return conditions stated above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
